What is Wordpress?

WordPress is an online, open source website creation tool written in PHP. But in non-geek speak, it’s probably the easiest and most powerful blogging and website content management system (or CMS) in existence today.

What is a Wordpress theme

A WordPress theme provides all of the front end styling of your WordPress site. Most WordPress themes provide:

the overall design or style of your site
font styling
colors
widget locations
page layouts (or templates)
styles for blog posts and blog archives
additional stylistic details

WordPress themes account for the stylization of your content, and can be changed through the WordPress Dashboard with just a few clicks. Changing a theme can completely change the way in which your content is presented.

How do I install a Wordpress theme

After you have installed Wordpress, you have to install our Theme (usually named "themename.zip"). There
are two ways of installing the Theme on your Wordpress:

FTP Upload: Unzip the “opus.zip” file and upload the contents into the /wpcontent/themes folder on your server.

Wordpress Dashboard: Navigate to Appearance > Add New Themes >Upload. Go to browser, and select the zipped theme folder. Hit “Install Now”

and the theme will be uploaded and installed. Download the zipped theme pack to your local computer from themeforest and extract the ZIP file contents to a folder on your local computer.

Are PSD files included?

If the theme also has PSD files you will get them in the files for download (not all themes include PSD Templates)

How do I get support?

Once your your membership is active, simply login and head to our support desk. Please keep in mind that the majority of the team is based in central Europe, so please be aware of the time difference.

Is DEMO content available?

Yes, with newer themes you can import it directly from wordpress dashboard and with older ones you get XML file with demo content.

Can I easily translate your themes?

Yes, you can translate our themes with localized .po files and via theme's options.

Can I use any theme for my client?

Yes. Our memberships are unlimited, which means you are free to do with the themes as you like.

Do your themes work with child themes?

Yes, our themes are child theme compatible.

Is documentation included?

Yes, we provide detailed documentation for all our themes.

What is included in All In One Package option?

The installation will be completed within 24 hours by our Service Center once the access details to your hosting server have been received.

Note: Service is valid for one website. The project starts once the client provides complete details acceptable by production to avoid delays, not the time of actual purchase.

How frequently will you release new themes?

We intend to develop 8-10 new themes each year. So a new theme will be released on a 5-6 week interval.

What do I get as a member?

You will have access to our entire collection of themes, all theme updates, all new theme releases, our premium support, and all available design files. You are free to use our products for personal and commercial use on unlimited domains (valid for yearly and lifetime subscription).

Can I use your themes for my clients?

Yes, you are free to use our (Premiumcoding) themes to build websites for your clients. We love providing developers with beautiful and functional designs to make your job just a tad easier and faster!

How does the payment process work?

The payment process is very straightforward. You simply go to the theme's page or to the "plans and pricing" page and click the purchase button. After that, you will receive instant access to download your themes directly from your account.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 15-day no-questions-asked refund policy to all customers. If you are not satisfied with our products for whatever reason, then simply let us know within 15 days of purchase and we’ll refund you immediately.

Can I use the themes on multiple domains?

Yes, you are free to use our themes on as many websites as you like. We do not place any restrictions on how many times you can download or use a theme, nor do we limit the number of domains that you can install our themes to (valid for yearly and lifetime subscription).

What happens if I do not renew?

If you cancel your subscription, then your account will remain active for the remainder of your one year term. After that, you will lose access to the member's area and all new themes and premium support. You may continue using the themes (and receive updates) that you have already downloaded. Single licenses come with 5 years of theme updates and 1 year of premium support.

Can I buy a single theme?

Single theme purchases are available via the theme page. You simply go to the theme's page and click the purchase button. You also receive support for your theme. With your purchase, you receive access to the theme files, documentation, free updates for 5 years, and premium support for one year.

Are themes compatible with different browsers?

We test and support all of our themes in all major browsers. That means our themes will work in Internet Explorer 8, 9, and 10, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Opera.

How long does support last?

You have access to the support forums for the entirety of your membership. As long as you're a member, you are able to access the support forums. Single licenses come with 5 years of theme updates and 1 year of premium support.

Do you support the latest version of WordPress?

Yes, our themes are always compatible with the most two recent releases of WordPress. All themes are reviewed to ensure they work with WordPress updates.

Which payment methods do you accept?
