First, you need to login to your account via the Login page. If you forgot the password you can reset it via the Password reset page. If you having trouble with password reset send us a mail to email@example.com. If you bought the theme via Creative market we will create login details for you (first send mail to firstname.lastname@example.org),
After you have logged in and you have valid purchase you just need to click on the support in the main menu :
Now you need to click on Submit a request:
After that, you just need to complete the required field and submit the ticket. If you wish to have quicker support also provide Your site URL, username, and password. If you have purchased the theme via Themeforest also provide us the license code. It’s also very helpful if you attach a screenshot of your problem.
