What to do if WordPress menu and Widget are duplicated?

In some cases when running WordPress auto-import could happen that menu and widgets get duplicated. In this case, there is a simple solution.

Go to the menu page and delete the menu. After that go to the widget page and remove all widgets from sidebars.

Now the last step is to import the menu and widgets again. Go to theme options -> tab import and click import one more time. This will import only widgets and the menu will be imported.
